DOUBLE ACTION HAND PUMP All HIGHPI paddle boards come with a“dual action” manual pump, meaning it inflates on both the downstroke and upstroke. The gauge won't register until it is 7-8 psi, 12-15 is the recommended PSI. It usually takes you 5-10 minutes to inflate/ deflate.
